By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, including the Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA). Our services are primarily directed at individuals and organizations within the United States. • Subscription and purchase history
  • Calendly scheduling information

Geolocation Data:

  • Business location address (for travel fee calculation)

  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • To calculate travel fees based on your business location

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not "share" your personal information (as defined under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Tennessee Information Protection Act) for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf under contractual agreements that require them to protect your information, including:
  • Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
  • Calendly — Appointment scheduling (calendly.com/privacy)
  • Vimeo — Video hosting (vimeo.com/privacy)

  • Vercel — Website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our Site before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not process sensitive personal information (as defined under applicable state privacy laws) without consent, except as strictly necessary for the services you have requested. Temporary GPS location data used for travel fee estimation is collected only with your explicit permission via the "Use My Location" feature and is not stored beyond the session.

7. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. We may receive limited transaction confirmations from Stripe, such as transaction IDs, payment status, and billing address. Stripe's security practices are PCI-DSS compliant.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmitted to our Site is encrypted via SSL/TLS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies

Our Site may use essential cookies required for basic functionality (such as maintaining session state). We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on our Site (Stripe, Calendly, Vimeo) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
