Dream Mohr Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides video content production, strategy, and advertising services as described in the selected package (Foundation, Growth, or Scale). Specific deliverables for each package are listed on our pricing page at dreammohrmedia.com/pricing.
Our primary service area is within a 75-mile radius of 230 Franklin Road, Franklin, Tennessee 37064. Filming within this radius incurs no additional travel charges.
For clients located beyond 75 miles, a travel fee of $3.00 per mile (calculated from our base address to the client's location) applies to each scheduled filming day. Travel fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to checkout.
Monthly Plans: All monthly plans require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. After the initial 3-month period, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by either party with thirty (30) days written notice.
Annual Plans (Billed Monthly): Annual plans require a twelve (12) month commitment at a discounted monthly rate. After the initial 12-month period, the subscription renews month-to-month at the same rate unless cancelled with thirty (30) days written notice prior to the commitment end date.
Annual Plans (Paid in Full): Full-year prepaid plans cover twelve (12) months of service from the date of purchase. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.
Subscription fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date via the payment method on file. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
During Commitment Period: Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the minimum commitment period (3 months for monthly plans, 12 months for annual plans). If you wish to terminate early, the remaining balance of the commitment period is due in full as an early termination fee.
After Commitment Period: Either party may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice. Notice must be submitted via email to ryan@dreammohrmedia.com or through the cancellation page on our website. Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
You may upgrade to a higher package at any time during your engagement. The new rate takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades are not available during the commitment period.
Upon full payment for each deliverable, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use all content produced under this agreement for their own marketing and promotional purposes. Dream Mohr Media retains the right to use all produced content in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dream Mohr Media's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
